Description of Modes

After switching ON, the Timer checks the hook status. If the hook is in the Start position (i.e. unlatched hook is in back position), the Timer passes in the DETHERMALIZE Mode. This situation is similar to the Power failure during free flight.

WAITING

After switching ON, the Timer passes to the WAITING Mode (the Timer must be latched) and . G. block becomes active. The servos move in the positions which have been programmed in the . G. block. It is recommended to use . G. block for the glide settings.

In WAITING Mode the Timer looks out for the buttons and hook position.

CHECKING

To check out for the Time and servo positions of a block, the Console must be attached.

In WAITING Mode after pressing any button (not RESET), the Timer passes in CHECKING Mode. To select a block, press and hold a button until desired block and their Times will be displayed. Servos move in the positions which have been programmed in the block. After releasing all buttons, the Timer returns to the WAITING Mode.

Time PROGRAMMING

Before programming the block, the Console must be attached and desired block should be selected in CHECKING Mode.

To programming the time, press and hold the PLUS and MINUS buttons together until the time value becomes flashing. Press and hold the MINUS button to decrease the time value or PLUS button to increase the value. To save new value, press and hold the buttons together until the servo 1 position will be displayed. Next, you can change the servo 1 position or exit PROGRAMMING Mode. To exit, press the RESET button. Note, if you press the RESET button before passing to the servo 1 position programming, the new value will not be saved.

Servo 1 position PROGRAMMING

Before programming of the servo 1 position, it is necessary to select desired block in CHECKING Mode.

Press and hold the PLUS and MINUS buttons together until the Servo 1 position will be displayed. Next, press and hold the MINUS button to decrease the position value or PLUS button to increase the value. The servo 1 follows to changing. To save new value, press and hold the buttons together until the servo 2 position will be displayed. Next, you can change the servo 2 position or exit PROGRAMMING Mode. To exit press the RESET button. Note, if you press the RESET button before passing to the servo 2 position programming the new value will not be saved.

Servo 2 position PROGRAMMING

Before programming of the servo 2 position, it is necessary to select desired block in CHECKING Mode.

Press and hold the PLUS and MINUS buttons together until the Servo 2 position will be displayed. Press and hold the MINUS button to decrease the position value or PLUS button to increase the value. The servo 2 follows to changing. To save new value and exit PROGRAMMING Mode, press and hold the buttons together until the time value will be displayed (not flashing). Note, if you press the RESET button before exit PROGRAMMING Mode new servo 2 position will not be saved.

READY

In WAITING Mode after first changing of the hook position the Timer passes to READY mode. In READY Mode the Timer looks out for the buttons and hook position.

After pushing any button (not RESET) the Timer passes in CHECKING Mode.

After any changing of the hook position, the servos moves in the positions which have been programmed in the hook management block (. t. or . c. or . A. ). Additional the FS functions (Acceleration Failure, Anti Fly Away and Interrupt Input) will be checked. After activation of any FS function the Timer passes in the DETHERMALIZE Mode.

If Console is attached you can see the block name and time of FS function.

RUN

In READY Mode, right after the hook takes the Start position the Timer passes in RUN Mode and starts to count current time and DT Time independently.

When value of current time becomes equal to the Time Delay (TD) of block, this block becomes the active (or current) block. The servos move in the positions which have been programmed in the active block

When DT Time expires the servos moves in the positions which have been programmed in the Dethermalize block (. d. or . 1d. ) depend on the Alternative DIP switch position. DT block has more priority. After DT block activation another actions will not be performed. After 3 second, the servo power will be switched OFF. The Timer counts current time only. To disable DT block, set its DT time to 0, but the servo position remains for FS function.

Additional the FS function (Interrupt Input) will be checked. After activation of the FS function the servos moves to the positions which was programmed in the Dethermalize block (. d. or . 1d. ) depend on the Alternative DIP switch position.

After . G. block activation the Auto Stop Watch function will be enabled.

When 999 seconds expires, the Timer will pass to Sleep Mode.

If Console is attached you can see the name of the active block and current time. To pause, press the MINUS button. To resume, press the PLUS button.

DETHERMALIZE

In DETHERMALIZE Mode, the servos move in the positions which have been programmed in the dethermalize blocks (. d. or . 1d. ) depend on the Alternative DIP switch position. DT block has more priority.

After 3 seconds, the servo power will be switched OFF.

SLEEP

SLEEP Mode is provided for energy saving. In SLEEP Mode the sound tracker works if it enabled. To exit SLEEP Mode, attach the Console and press any button. If the PLUS or MINUS button has been pressed, the Timer passes to WAITING Mode.

To make enable the sound tracker, press and hold the PLUS button then press RESET button. The + mark and last Flight Time will be displayed. To disable the sound tracker, press and hold the MINUS button then press the RESET button. The + mark and last Flight Time will disappear. To reset the last Flight Time, press and hold the PLUS and MINUS button together then press the RESET button.
